Christopher Lloyd recalls childhood at Connecticut’s 400-acre Waveny estate

Back to the Future star Christopher Lloyd, 88, recalls growing up at Waveny, a sprawling 400-acre Connecticut estate his family moved into in 1944. His grandfather helped found Texaco Oil Company. Acquired by New Canaan in 1967, the estate is now a public park managed by Waveny Park Conservancy, welcoming over 250,000 visitors annually.
