Delhi high court grants bail to 2018 terror conspiracy case accused after over 5 years in custody

Delhi high court granted bail to Mohd Shahzad Kamal, an accused in a 2018 terror conspiracy case. After spending over five years in custody, the trial involving numerous witnesses is delayed. The court noted that only one witness had been examined so far among the 161 mentioned by the prosecution. Meanwhile, some co-accused in the case have already been granted bail
