Hyderabad civic official rapes woman after taking Rs 4.5L for job, dumps her on highway

Ghatkesar police arrested a municipal department employee for allegedly raping a 30-year-old woman at a resort. The accused also cheated the woman out of Rs 4.5 lakh by promising her a job. After committing the crime, he abandoned her on the highway before fleeing the scene. The victim reported the incident to the police and underwent a medical examination.
