The Uttar Pradesh STF has arrested 37-year-old Vivek Kumar Singh from Dehradun in an alleged stock market and IPO investment fraud case registered in Lucknow. Investigators said the network lured investors through fake Instagram advertisements, WhatsApp groups and a bogus investment app, allegedly collecting crores before routing the money through multiple account
