Vithya Ramraj wins bronze in 400m hurdles, adds second medal at Asian Games

Vithya Ramraj won bronze in the women’s 400m hurdles at the Asian Games 2026, clocking a personal best of 54.75 seconds in Nagoya. The medal was her second of the Games after she helped India win silver in the mixed 4x400m relay earlier in the competition. Ramraj finished behind UAE’s Mariam Kareem and Kazakhstan’s Adelina Zems, while compatriot Anu Raghavan finished fifth with a personal best.
