The latest evaluation by NITI Aayog places Karnataka firmly among the leading administrative bodies driving India toward sustainable transportation. Achieving the third rank with a score of 73 demonstrates measurable progress in charging network deployment, consumer adoption incentives, and manufacturing policy alignment. While national capital authorities lead with a score of 84 and western industrial centers follow at 78, southern urban clusters are rapidly closing the infrastructure gap.
