RGV on Tiger Shroff firing case arrests: 'Capturing shooters is neither...'

Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma expressed views on the arrest of shooters linked to a crime incident. He highlighted that shooters are easily replaceable within criminal networks, emphasizing their low value. Varma compared their roles to construction laborers who execute tasks without strategic input. He argued that the real power lies with those who orchestrate violent operations. As a result, capturing shooters does not dismantle the overarching criminal organization.
